We Preform Two preventative Inspections a year One Pre-season Cooling Inspection, and one Pre-season Heating Inspection.

All work is completed according to standard H.V.A.C Practices. No other Repairs will be made unless Authorization from the Customer is Given.

**Check for Visual Refrigerant Leaks**
**Check Contractor Condition and Operation**
**Check Temperature Drop Across Evaporator Coil**
**Check Amperage on Indoor Blower Motor**
**Check Overall system for Maximum Efficiency**

This Agreement Entitles you to priority Service Scheduling with Emergency Services at Standard Rate. Also a 10% discount on replacement parts.

One System Maintenance Covers, One Furnace/Air handler and One Outdoor Unit. This included all filters sizes up to 5” merv 11. There will also be no service charge for any service call during normal business hours. All premium maintenance customers will receive 3% off of any equipment change outs as well as 10% off of any parts for repairs.
